Customer Service Representative

K&P Remodeling is one of the home remodeling industry’s largest & fastest growing companies and an exclusive partner to The Home Depot. We are based in Knoxville, TN with operations in 10 states in the mid-south. K&P Remodeling is one of Remodeling Magazine’s 500 largest companies, as well as Inc Magazine’s fastest growing companies in the US. We are seeking several enthusiastic, self-motivated, well-spoken professionals to work in our corporate call center. As a call center representative, you will be responsible for contacting prospects from various lead sources, qualifying their needs, and confirming appointments. We are hiring immediately and pay weekly!

Responsibilities

• Make and receive calls to customers who have expressed interest in our services
• Build positive rapport across a variety of personality types
• Provide customers with general knowledge and benefits of our services
• Ability to book to multiple calendars in a rapidly changing environment

Experience Requirements

• Basic computer skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proper phone etiquette
• Dependable transportation to and from work
